Pillar type drilling machine capacity is 8 Speeds drilling machine available in 20, 25 and 40 mm models. All the casting parts are made of high grade cast iron for highest rigidity and stability. It is a geared type (back gear type) drilling machine with four speeds directly belt driven with spindle pulley and motor pulley and other four speeds with engaging the double gear (back gear). The hardened and ground spindle handles heavy duty operation and ensures longevity of machine life. The spindle sleeve of the Drill press is cut on broaching machine. The constrained motion of spindle and sleeve increases the operational efficiency of the Vertical Drilling Machine. Machined T-slots facilitates rigidity of clamping the job in correct manner. Along with T bolts and clamping it facilitates accurate positioning of the job thus helping in machine operation. The work table has been rested in arm having double gear in arm box to carry additional loads such as for combines, tractor, agricultural industries, etc. The Sensitive Drilling Machine’s gears are cut on imported gear shaper machine which gives accurate gear meshing and noiseless operation. Operator can get the minimum speed of 80 Rpm and maximum of 2800 Rpm with this Pillar type drill press. The changing of speed is very easy and convenient for the user.
